What Could Be The Reasons For Having Lightheadedness, Frequent Bowel Movements And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

I have lightheadedness/weakness and nausea all day everyday for a week. eating makes me feel sick too. I also have frequent bowel movements everyday. that is unusual for me as I don t go this frequently. its anywhere from 2-4 times a day. took a pregnancy test it says negative.

meanwhile I would suggest to"
- take tasectan, hydramin
-plenty of water
-fresh fruits
take rest
wishing you fast recovery
