What Could Be The Reasons For Pain In Lower Abdomen And Pelvis Of A Person Having History Of Nocturia?

My son has pain in his lower abdomen and pelvis on the right side. Could there be any chance of appendicitis?
He has had issues in the past of nocturia and when he doesn't drink enough fluids sometimes when he pees it hurt. What kind of issues could he have?

Hi...it looks like he is having infection of the bladder or maybe even stones...better get a urine routine and usg abdomin and show to your physician...
