Hi,

The irregular bad heart burn and nausea you feel might be related to:
- gastric problems
- GERD

I suggest to consult a GI specialist and to do upper endoscopy to further evaluate the status of the upper GI tract.

You can also discuss with your doctor to start therapy with omeprazole and antiacids and domperidone to ease your symptoms.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- eat often and small portions
- avoid spicy, chilly foods and carbonated drinks
- do not lay down immediately after eating

Hope it helped!
