What Could Be The Reasons For Stomach Pain For 5 Days?

I ended my period 5 days ago. I take birth control everyday at the same time like I'm suppose to and when my boyfriend and I had sex we used a condom and pulled out before he even cummed. But I've had a on and off stomach ache for 5 days. What could it be? Just a flu?

On and off stomach ache can be due to plenty of causes.
Urinary tract infection, indigestion, gastritis, menstrual
pain etc are common ones. Physical examination is mandatory
to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs
to be ruled out.
