What Could Be The Red Bump On Pubis Area Which Is Bleeding Due To Itching?

I have had a red bump on my pubis area. Its hard and really itches. I itched it so much it started bleeding. Than when I pull down my underwear it gets stuck & starts to sorta puss. I have cleaned it with peroxide & put neosproin on it & a bandaid. I have no clue what this is & I am scared.
