I read your question completely and have understood it well enough.. To be frank, there will be no such thing like semen coming out involuntarily along with Urethra. Only possibility is post ejaculation, if it causes retrograde ejaculation. Well, let me explain you... 1. Masturbation is healthy and will not pose any kind of health issues. Most of the times we pay attention to the hoax news and myth surrounding the real facts. 2. If you are really sure of semen like thing coming out along with urine then please do these to confirm.. A. Urine routine and microscopy B. Urine culture and sensitivity 3. With these tests we should be able to see if there are any motile sperm present in urine sample. 4. If present, then question arises on when was your last ejaculation. Long time before has no clinical significance but immediately after ejaculation, If we find sperm in urine sample then it suggests retrograde ejaculation. 5. Don t worry, it can be treated...
