Hi I ve noticed a few small bumps on my vagina lips and don t know what they are. I am freaking out. Also inside my vagina is white and idk why. It s been that way for years now and I don t know if it s normal, I also think I have discharge but it s white and kinda a weird thing. It s not slimy it s more of a thickness. I ve also had this for years and everyday it gets on my panties and when it drys up it gets all crusty on my panties. HELP PLEASE
