What Could Be The Small, Circular Scabs On Legs And Arms And Dark Red Splotches Clustered On Thigh?

I have a couple of small, almost pinpoint sized, circular scabs on my body. A couple on my legs, and a couple on my arms. They don t itch, and I have maybe 8 total. I also have some dark red splotches clustered on my thigh. Doesn t itch or anything, but it is there. Any ideas?

Hello,

Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!

Some kind of purpura and kinds of vasculitis, cappillaritis can present this way. These usually do not itch. I suggest you to get a complete blood picture done initially to get some idea. However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.
