What Could Be The Small Discoloration Spots On The Side Of The Head And Cheeks?
Hello sir ! A few months ago(five) i noticed a small discoloration(white spot) on the side of my head about the size of a pin head, now it s abut the size of a dime and now I noticed a few more devoloping around my left cheek and on the other side of my head. Could this be some kind of age spots ? I m 58 years old.

You mwy be right. The white spots may be idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis...may be due to aging process. Avoid sun exposure. Apply sun screen lotion for the protection. Apply tacrolimus oint on the spots. Do not worry. The condition is harmless.
