What Could Be The Sore On The Back Of The Scalp That Are Sensitive?

hi two days ago I noticed a sore on the back of my scalp which oozed clear stuff, when it dried it crusted yellow. Yesterday I noticed there were 4 more similar red sores that are sensitive and crusted over yellow. It is sensitive and I am not sure how this came about or how to fix it.
