What Could Be The Sudden Chest Pains Along With Difficulty In Breathing?

hi ive been getting chest pain that comes on very sudden and i find it hard to breathe,i have noticed that certain movements bring it on,i have had all tests to check for a heart complaint but have been given the all clear,i have noticed that about four inches below the leftside collar bone is very sensitive and sometimes sore to touch,any ideas what this could be ,thankyou

Hi thanks for asking question.

1.First you have pain during particular movement so possibility of muscular strain ruled out.It might be by improper sleep posture or strain during some activity.
Take simple analgesic and hot compress for that.take enough rest.

2.You might have costochondritis.means inflammation of ribs which are refer on touch.

3.Third if you have smoking history I also want to rule out bronchitis or emphysema by chest x ray and pulmonary function test
by spirometry.

4.If you have associated fever and cough then respiratory infection like pneumonitis has to be ruled out by chest x ray.

5.Rule out gastric problem like dyspepsia or acid reflux that can lead reffered chest pain.But possibility of this pain in your case is rare.
