What Could Be The Swollen Black Spots In The Inside Of The Cheek?
A few days ago I had a small black dot on my inside cheek. It went away. Today I yawned and noticed that close to where the black dot had been I now have two dark red slightly swollen/painful dots. I can feel the swollen dots with my tongue. What is it? Possibly cancer or an STD?
