What Could Be The Symptoms Of Twin Pregnancy?

hi.i have 6 mth old twin girls.During my pregnancy.Well about 2 mths before I found out that I was carrying twins.I could hear a heartbeat in my ear and it really erked me.At 4mths I went to the emergency room and found out I was having twins.I am a twin also.So about 4 mths ago still today.I started back with the heart beat in my ear but I took a pregnancy test and its sayin negative.The only symptom I had while carrying my twins was my knees aching,vomited once and the heartbeat in my ear.Now i have been having the same thing now.IM still coming on my minustration though.I am 35 yrs old.I have 9 kids and I never experienced none of these symptoms ever.Is that normal?Is it possible to be Pregnant with twins again and have the same symptoms?Or could I be Pregnant and still comin on my minustration?

Hello and welcome,

I completely understand your problem. Heartbeat in the ear are not specific for twins.

The awareness of heart neat or pulsations in the ear may be due to raised blood pressure or ear dysfunction or dilatation of blood vessels in ear or even heart problems. Pregnancy can produce any variety of symptoms in different women. Some may not even have any symptoms except absent menses.

If your periods are regular and the test is negative, you are not pregnant. If you want a confirmation you may get an ultrasound examination of the uterus and ovaries.

I also suggest that you visit a physician and get the blood pressure and other systems evaluated to rule out any other underlying problem.
