hello,
my fiance missed period, she completed 31 day today.
we think that she is getting pregnent,
what to do now. we cant tell this at home.
is there any way to become sure that she is not pregnant and she will get periods by tomorrow.
is there any medicine for the same,..?

You can confirm pregnancy with urine pregnancy test with pregnancy kit available at pharmacy.
If test remains negative nothing to be worried she will get her period within a week.
However if it comes positive then only option remains is termination of pregnancy.
