What Could Be The Treatment For Distended Stomach For A 13 Months Old Child?

My 13 month old son has a very distended stomach and it visually is getting worse. As an infant he was tested for Hurshsprung disease, but after a negative result we weren't seen again and have yet to get an answer. He can barely go to the bathroom on his own and his stomach looks like a beach ball. Is there anything we can do or is there anything else to check for? The doctors here do not seem concerned at all

Pediatrician 's  Response
It would be important yo know what your child's bowel movement pattern is luke and has there been ant change. If yes, this could be constipation and I would treat accordingly. If not, it would be helpful to know how his appetite has been and what his confort level is. Further history and a physical exam would help lead to the correct diagnosis.
