What Could Be The Treatment For Headaches, Stiff Neck, Sore Muscles,vomiting And Appetite Loss?

I have been feeling extremely tired the past few days. I have had headaches, stiff neck, sore muscles, and an upset with some vomiting. I also feel dizzy when standing too long and a loss of appetite. Should I see a doctor? My boyfriend has a history of mono and he is now having the same symptoms..

Your history suggesting neck stiffness ,body pains and loss of appetite direct towards some internal infection .what is mono .it is better to consult and doctor and undergo proper procedure for diagnosis
