What Could Be The Warm Sensation On The Left Side Of The Chest? I Have Hypertension Also.

Hello, I'm a male 34 years old.
I have a warm sensation in the left part of my chest.
I had a very bad last week full of stress & anxiety at work.
I have hypertension since 13 years & I take 1 (Concor 5 Film Coated tablet) each day at morning.
My blood pressure was always perfect using Concor 5 (115/75).
I never had such warm feeling before except when I forget to take the Concor 5 tablet in the morning.
My blood pressure was unstable allover last week & mostly was (140/89) even with Concor 5.
Now the work stress is a bit relived but blood pressure is (125/75) also with Concor 5.
Would you please help me with that case. What could it be?

Hello, welcome to HCM,

In my own practice, I have always preferred to have patients try lifestyle modification such as diet and exercise before starting medication. In many cases, when people are very committed to doing so, lifestyle modifications are enough to bring blood pressure down into a normal range.

If you decide to go the lifestyle modification route, it would be a very good idea to get a consultation with a dietician/nutritionist. They can help you to know what food choices are best and how many calories.

To start, please eliminate all added sugars such as in sodas. Also, when eating carbohydrates, choose complex carbohydrates such as from whole, minimally processed grains rather than refined white flours.
aerobic exercises regularly

I hope this information helps you in your decision process. Best wishes to you.
