What Could Be The Watery Discharge During Pregnancy?

hi there i am 30 weeks pregnant, the past few days i have noticed clear watery substance in my underwear i can not feel it leaking i only notice it when i go to the loo and see wet patch in underwear it does also have a slight smell should i be worried it is deffinately not urine or discharge could it be my waters or fluid? im quite worried.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion discharge might be vaginal discharge or amniotic fluid.Diagnosis can be made only on clinical examination.But loss of fluid will be mostly like gush of water leaking .If the amniotic fluid is leaking the pain abdomen will start after or within 24 hours.I suggest you to see your doctor and get examination done to rule out the cause.Dont worry mostly it might be a vaginal discharge but better to do physical examination once.
