What Could Be The White Particles In Urine That Occurs During The End Of Emptying The Bladder?
I have been having intermittent urinary issues for the past few years, seen various doctors who assumed it was an STI, gave me one strong dose of antibiotics and sent me on my way. But despite all treatment, I m still negative for anything and I continue experiencing dysuria, bladder emptying problems, and cloudy urine. I started seeing a concentration of small white particles toward finishing urinating. It doesn t happen all the time but frequently enough to notice every so many days. I ve even had a cystoscopy performed and urologist says nothing looks abnormal. The white particles are getting more obvious and I m tired of going through the motions with these doctors! Please help

IF all the tests they have performed are normal and the cystoscopy did not show anything, it might just be phosphates in the urine that appear. These happen when the urine is concentrated and it will be helped if the urine gets alkalanised. There are numerous agents that can be used to alkalanise the urine, most of these are citrate based, which are found in citrous fruits like lime, orange, etc. you could try these or your doctor could prescribe alkalinising agents like citralka or anything that he deems fit. Increasing your water intake to atleast 2 litres a day will also reduce the symptoms you are experiencing
