What Could Be The Yellow Secretion From Penis?

hello doctor, today I found about 15 drops of sticky light yellowish colored liquid has been secreted from my penis after urination. It happened first time and I am worried about it. Is it something serious and what may be the reason of this please help me to know. I am 26 years old.
