Hello dear
Understand you concern
bleeding wound after intercourse is most common complaints among girls.
In majority case it is not serious and will go on its own.
I think it is due to rough sex.

Following are the other causes of your problems:
1. Trauma to vaginal wall (If penetration without lubrication)
2. Atrophic vaginitis due to lower estrogen levels, peri menopausal state
3. Infections in the vagina: bacterial vaginosis, candida
4. Bleeding from cervix (As it contain superficial blood vessels)
5. Endometriosis, endometrial/cervix dysplasia, adenomyosis, PCOS, dysfunctional uterine bleeding

If it will not stop or will occur next time.
Please consult with doctor.
Do your hormonal profile like: estrogen, progesterone, FSH, LH
Pelvic examination
PCR, NAAT, and ELISA for vaginal infections
Cell culture and gram stain of discharge
PAP smear test.
Endometrial biopsy
Ovarian follicle study

Advice:
Use condoms and lubrication during sex
Estrogen ointment can be applied before sex
Maintain pelvic hygiene after and before urination.
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Drink plenty of fluids
Empty the bladder after sex
Healthy diet with vitamin and minerals supplements
Limit caffeine, salt and nicotine
Healthy lifestyle
Stretching and regular exercise .
Sleep of at least 8 hours

Hope this may help you.

Wish you good health.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
