What Could Breathing Difficulties With Tight Chest Suggest?

Having difficulty taking a deep breath or yawning but have frequent urge to take deep breaths, chest feels tight for past two days. Toda having light headed ness, tingly in extremities, dizziness. What could the problem be? I am 26 year old female no Health hx on no medications.

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having anxiety related symptoms.
But better to rule out pulmonary causes for your symptoms.
So get done chest x ray and PFT ( pulmonary function test ).
If both are normal then no need to worry much.
You are having mostly anxiety.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
Avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
