What Could Breathing Difficulty Be At Crowded Place And Under The Blanket?
I feel suffocation when I try to cover my head with the blanket.I wont be able to breath properly.I need to allow my nose to open air.Even I fell a bit difficulty in breathing at crowded locations. My age is 25 now.I had consulted a doctor 13 years back but he has given some nasal drops.Found a bit relief at that time. But these days I am facing this issue again.
I am so sorry to hear about what you are experiencing. You need to be abe to take in enough air in order to breath comfortably. Crowded places and covering the nostrils with blanket would clearly compromise this. I will not want to think there is any problem with your breathing system because you do perfectly well under normal conditions. However, if you wish to get consulted, then see an ENT specialist to confirm that your airways are appropriately open to enable comfortable breathing.
