Manage your hygiene carefully. Treatment is not required for penile melanosis. For cosmetic purpose and after consultation with a dermatologist / surgeon, surgical removal or laser therapy may be recommended. The pigmented area is sometimes confused for being a tumor. Get clinically examined by a urologist. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are lichen sclerosis, commonly caused by improper response of the immune system or by hormonal imbalance.
Your treating doctor will get you done all required STD tests to rule out STIs. You will be accordingly treated if positive report is obtained. Lichen sclerosis is treated with topical medications, in case it is detected. Take home made food rich in minerals and protein. Prefer taking balanced diet and do regular exercises.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
