What Could Brownish Bruises On Neck With Iron Deficiency Suggest?

Hi,This morning I noticed brownish bruise-like marks on both sides of my lower neckThey just appeared out of nowhere and are not sore on touch or anything... I maybe should emphasize that I am vegan and had a little iron deficiency a few months back. But I feel perfectly fine since then. Here s an image: https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/1066x643q90/904/PL1vMm.jpg

Brownish aymptomatic lesions may suggest the possibility of seborrheic keratosis which ia a benign proliferation of your skin and requires no specific treatment. The other possibility is a hyperpigmented Tinea versicolor which a fungal infection. The later can be treated with topical antifungal creams. However both the conditions are not related to iron deficiency.Regards
