My daughter is almost eight years old. She is very healthy and bright with tons of energy. She has a persistent skin discoloration around her waist line. Most days it appears as a fairly wide "belt" of almost bluish skin just at the hip line across the front of her abdomen. She also has blotchy spots on her abdomen that look like slight bruises, but they are not bruises. The discoloration changes in shape and darkness of color from day to day. Although she seems very healthy and she has no pain or discomfort, this worries me. I would be grateful for any input.
