Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be impetigo or folliculitis most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. A course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs would improve the condition. Antibiotic cream may be applied on lesions. Improve hygiene and immunity.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
