What Could Bumps On Butt Region Suggest?

Hi what it is is I have these two bumps near my bum hole, I ve felt them obviously and they like hang it s real hard to explain..they don t hurt or irritate me but I was just wondering what they could be? They ve being there quite a while now and I was hoping it s nothing two serious..these spots or whatever they are feel weird like extra pieces of skin, but I took a photo and there ugly little things but not warts. I was just wondering if you had any idea what it could possibly be?

Thanks for the query.
These hanging skin structures can be skin tags.
These are totally harmless but an injury can cause bleed in these tags and could make these painful.
You can get them removed.
You can meet a dermatologist and get these removed.
It is an opd procedure and hardly takes half an hour.
