What Could Bumps On Labia With Swelling During Pregnancy Suggest?

For the first time, I have seen three bumps in a row on my right labia... they are small but kinda hard I guess you can say. What would that be? I am 29 weeks pregnant and never had them before in my life up until tonight I noticed them. My test all came back good when I was tested by my ob/gyn when I was tested for everything on my first visit. Please give me some kind of answer. I was thinking maybe from sweating or something because my labia on both side are definitely swollen and the bumps are near my vagina opening but on the labia inner area.
