What Could Bumps On Sclera With Red Eyes Suggest?

My daughter has had pink eye since Wednesday, it is much better, but still red and goopy. Today I noticed a white bump on her sclera, fairly far down/back under her lower eyelid. I thought it was some of the pink eye goop, but it wouldn't move, although it did seem to shift slightly when I gently pushed against it with her eyelid. What might this be?
