The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is furunculosis which is an infection of the hair follicle. It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin. You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. A short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might also help. For the fungal infection you can apply topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the groin region along with oral antifungals like fluconazole after consulting your dermatologist. Regards
