What Could Bumps/pimples On Eyelid Suggest?

I have a bump on my lower eyelid it looks like a pimple on top when i pull the lid away from my eye but the inside of the lid inside my eye where the bump is is white like a stye, I just got contacts and I'm not sure if I should continue wearing them with this problem , I have had styes before but this bump looks different in that I can see the center and its a brownish color like a blackhead would be . what is it ?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having bumps on the eyelids. The bumps on the eyelids indicate inflammation of the glands of the eyelids in the form of stye or hordeolum.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics eye drops or eye ointments and anti-inflammatory drugs.
The use of contact lenses should be preferably avoided till the stye or the hordeolum resolves completely.

Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
