What Could Burning Sensation After Having Sex Mean?

A few days ago my boyfriend and i had sex, after that i had a burning sensation at the enterence of my vagina and it hurt more when i went to the bathroom, yesterday was the worse pain and found some blood in my urine, but today i have had no pain. I thought it may have been a bladder infection for ive had one before but tested out of that, what could it be ?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Yes, cystitis or a urinary tract infection (UTI) are indeed possibilties among others. Wait for another day to see if your symptoms subside. If at all they don't then report to your doctor for a urine analysis or culture and sensitvity.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
