What Could Cardiac Issues With Tingling Sensation On Hand Suggest?

I am a 51 year old male with cardiac issues - i had 3 stents placed in 11/06 and 1 in 2/07It has been 3 years since my last cath which was clear Today my right hand is tingling and turned blue it is now less tingling and not as blue should this be of great concern and should I seek medical attention
