What Could Cause A Breakout Of Square Spots With Centers All Over My Body Which Subsided After Taking Benadryl?
I broke out on my whole body with very distinctive SQUARES each had a tiny dot in the center. Arms, Legs, then on to Face, Neck, Hairline then started on trunk. What could this be? It lasted under 24 hrs & I took Benadryl....cleared by the next late morning.

The lesions which you have described are likely due to allergy due to some insect bite or drug. I will advice you to take Benadryl for a few days more after consulting your physician. There is nothing to worry.
