What Could Cause A Burning Sensation In Abdomen During Early Pregnancy Period?

hello ,
I recently took a pregnancy test and it said i'm 1-2 weeks pregnant , this is my second pregnancy after my tube reversal, I miscarried in December , my question is I have been experiencing burning like symptoms on one side of my abdomen should I be worried, I have taken a few pregnancy test and they all say im still pregnant my dr apt isn't til 4-29-14

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
During early pregnancy symptoms like nausea, gastritis etc can be seen.
This can be one reason for discomfort in abdomen.
Taking antiemtics with antacids can cure the problem.
If the discomfort persists, better to consult gynecologist once and go for ultrasound.
Ultrasound helps in confirming intrauterine pregnancy and in ruling out ectopic pregnancy.
As there is previous history of abortion, better to have progesterone support with your doctor's advice.
Start taking folic acid supplementation from now onwards.
