What Could Cause A Lump Around Anus, After Trimming Anal Hair, Which Hurts Only During Cleaning?

Hi , i have a small lump on my left side anus , it only hurts a little when cleaning after vowel movement , i have no insurance and have no money to go have it checked so any advise would help , also it started after i trimmed the hair around anus , can it be ingrown hair ? It is a size of like half a grape and can grab it with 2 fingers firm , any advice ? Thank you .
