What Could Cause A Pink Colour With Yellow Discharge From Ears?

HI, My name is Sabrina I am concerned about my 7 month old daughter because today she had fallen from the couch onto our hard wood floor; I am not completely sure if because of this her ear was bleeding but it didn t begin to bleed until after this event took place. The blood is not very thick it is more of a pink color with a yellow discharge. I just took her to see her doctor not even a week ago and her check up went great, there were no signs of an ear infection at all also, I have taken into consideration that possibly her ear drum might have ruptured but i am now having doubts do to the fact she is not crying; Please if there are any possible diagnosis you may have I would appreciate a response.
