What Could Cause A Pocket Of Clear Fluid Inside The Conor And Swelling Under The Eyes?

Hi Dr. Samuel,
I have a pocket of clear fluid in the white of my left eye in the inside conor , also I have red swollen bags under each of my eyes that were swelling alot more in the morning for the past couple of days and my face is ichy and puffy. I am a 53 yr old women. Thank you for your help.

Dear sir/madam,
the swellings in the inside corner of there eye are due to improper drinage of tears through the eye in to the nose there s may be mild infection of dacryocysistytis so perform syringing test
