What Could Cause A Popping/gurgling Feeling In The Upper Left Side Of My Abdomen During 8 Months Pregnancy?

I have a kind of popping/gurgling sound/feeling in the upper left side of my abdomen when I breath deeply. I am 8 months pregnant and this has been happening for a few months now. It seems to be only when my stomach is full that this happens. It isn't painful, just strange. Any idea why this might be happening?
