What Could Cause A Purple And Red Like Mole On Right Rib ?

i have a purple and red like mole to come up on my right rib about the size of my pinky tip doest hurt had one a few months ago for a week and it faded away within the week and now i have another one for 2 days so far beside the old one,wondering if you no what it could be?

It can be accumulation of small amount of blood (small hamtoma), purpura
folliculitis which a minor hair follicle bacterial infection etc. However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.
