What Could Cause A Puss Filled Red Heat Blisters?

I have just noticed 3 bright red heat blister looking spots on my lower left extremity. size of a pimple with puss inside. I have never seen anything like this except a spider bite or something and I am in Anchorage alaska in the middle of winter not many around????I am 42 year old healthy female

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

After going through your clinical history, I would keep a possibility of Folliculitis which is bacterial infection of the hair follicle.

I would suggest that you get a prescription for an oral antibiotic from your local care practitioner(penicillin group of drugs e.g Amoxycillin would have been my choice) for a week.

An OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin can be used twice daily for a few days.
