What Could Cause A Sharp Tingling Pain On Left Hand Till Arm?

Hello. Um, I was just sitting in my bed. I'm pregnant, and I was crocheting a baby blanket for my unborn son. All of a sudden i got a sharp, electrical shock to my left hand and it began to run up my left arm. it's been about ten minutes now, and my hand is still tingling. I've never had this happen before.

It can be due to pressure on the nerve supplying your arm and hand
The cause can be pressure at your Elbow due to supporting on chair armrest or table to make ur blanket
U are prone to get this coz of pregnancy weight gain and fluid retained
It will disappear in a day or two
To avoid it again make sure you are not pressing ur elbow on a hard surface
Use a pillow or cushions to support
If u hv persistent problem consider consulting an orthopedic doctor
