What Could Cause A White Spot At A Cut Wound On My Face After Using Betnovate Cream?
I used betnovate cream on a thin cut on my face overnight just for 1 day. in the next morning when I washed my face I noticed the white spot on that place where I applied that cream. I just used that cream one day. Is there any cure of that. Please help.

Though, it is very rare to have side effects with Betnovate ointment, if just used sparingly just for one or two days. However, the side effects are more likely, if it is used on extensive area of skin, broken or raw skin, delicate area of skin like face etc. or if you use it under airtight dressing for long time.
As, you have used it on face, on a open wound. also overnight (May be under tape or dressing) therefore there might be chances of side effects in this case. Hence local side effects like skin irritation, redness, itching or burning, thinning of the skin, reduced pigmentation of skin etc. may be there. Also, spreading or worsening of untreated infection may be there.
In your case, better you clean the local area of application with wet cotton gauze etc. If infection is suspected in the wound, an application of antibiotic ointment may be needed to the cut site. In extreme case, with extensive infection, oral antibiotic under guidance of your doctor is also advised.
