What Could Cause A Yellow Discharge For A Person Having Chrohns?

I suffer from chrohns but last few days I been having quite bad stomach pains and today I have woke up unusually feeling very dizzy. I been to the toilet this morning and when wiping my bum the colour on the tissue was yellow. I have not eaten or drank anything since yesterday afternoon and wondered if this could cause this colour or if was something else

It could be from accompanied jaundice/or from accompanied purulent discharge in Crohn's disease.
