What Could Cause Abdominal Bloating, Nausea And Missed Periods?

HI,I have an extremely long cycle length (43 days). I have a slightly bloated lower abdomen, nausea at night, and a missing period. I took a pregnancy test Tuesday and it was negative. Should I go to the doctor to get a blood test or should I wait longer to test? My last period began May 30 and ended on June 3.
