What Could Cause Abdominal Pain During Bowel Movements, Inflammation In The Mouth And Bleeding Gums In A 37-year-old?

Dear Sir/Madam Age 36,Male, pain during defecation in lower abdomen (only at defecation time), defecation is not completing in one sitting, it is taking 2-3 times to complete it within 30 min. Inflammation in mouth observed (left and right side corners of lips, but on tongue) since last 3 weeks. Blood from gums also observed 2 times.

You should see a doctor, preferably a gastroenterologist, and be examined for inflammatory bowel disease. It sounds completely benign.
