What Could Cause Abdominal Pain Eased By Bowel Movement, Have Been Advised Colonoscopy?

Hello, I am 25 years old female. I am suffering from abdominal pain with alternate diarrhea for past 3 months. Abdominal pain will disappear just after bowel movement. Done stool test. Shown 4-6 pus cells. Blood test and urine analysis normal. Doctor advised colonoscopy. What is wrong inside me? Plz help

Hi,

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned what was in colonoscopy, from the history given here I could say that if this is the chronic condition of diarrhea then it must be chronic dysentery, Low organism load may not shown presence of organism in culture neither it could be reflect in colonoscopy, but it can be given try with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day, Tab Chloroquine 250 mg once in day and it can be continued for at least a week.
