im a 20 year old student who has had severe menstrual problems for 9 years now. I bleed severely, excruciating abdominal and back pains and my cycle lasts for 2 weeks or more with approximately 14 day break or less. I am cold most of the times even during really hot weathers. I have been on contraceptives like gynera and minigynon. Also ultrasounds have been conducted and no abnormal symptoms have been detected. Im 5ft. 6in. and i weigh 120pounds....Right now we are just testing how the body responds to the estrogen pills, pain killers and the contraceptive.
