What Could Cause An Extra Growth Of Skin Inside The Mouth ?

I have what feels like a piece of skin on the inside of my cheek that I can move with my tongue, at first I thought it was an ulcer as the pain feels like one, and also when I eat it hurts too. But never had one where I can move it with my tongue.

Thanks for writing in.

You might be having cheek biting & that can be due to:-
-sharp cusps of teeth
-faulty prosthesis or faulty restoration.
-fatty buccal pad
-irregularly placed teeth

You need to visit dentist for proper diagnosis & rule out the cause & get it treated accordingly.
